Terms of use

By using animationalive.com you agree to these terms. Animation Alive is operated by AnimationAlive.com, part of the Dude.com - Bro.com Network.

The service

Animation Alive offers animated films and live conversations with their characters (beta). Features we describe as planned or upcoming are plans, not promises of a date or a specific feature set. We may change, limit or pause any part of the service.

Characters and content

Characters are fictional AI characters, labelled “AI character. Not live.” Their answers are written by AI, which can be imperfect or wrong. Your messages are sent to AI services to write and voice the answers, as described on the privacy page. Scripture quotations are from the Berean Standard Bible (BSB), which is in the public domain; references are given so you can read the passage yourself.

Not advice

Nothing a character says is professional, medical, legal, financial or pastoral advice. The characters do not write or lead prayers for you. If you are in danger or thinking of harming yourself, call your local emergency number, or call or text 988 in the US or Canada, or see findahelpline.com for other countries.

Daily limits

To keep the service fair and sustainable there are daily limits on chats and voiced replies, for each visitor and for the site as a whole. When a limit is reached, the characters will say they are resting and ask you to come back tomorrow. The film always plays.

Acceptable use

Be kind. Do not misuse the site, try to disrupt it, scrape it at scale, try to make characters produce harmful content, or use it to harass anyone.

Children

Children under 13 should use the chat only with a parent or carer supervising, and should not enter personal information.

Intellectual property

The films, characters, artwork and site design belong to Animation Alive and its licensors. You may share links to the site and to moments in the films. Please do not re-upload the films without permission.

No warranty

The site is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses from using it.
