What does a credit buy?
Credits pay for live answers from the characters after your free answers each day. A spoken reply usually costs 8 to 12 credits (about 10 cents); a typed-only reply costs 1 or 2. The greetings, the films you own and the trailers never use credits. Credits never expire.
Can I cancel or switch?
Yes, any time, on your Account page: cancel at the end of the period (you keep everything until then), undo a cancel, or switch between monthly and yearly. A switch shows the prorated amount before you confirm.
Who bills me?
Animation Alive is part of the Dude.com - Bro.com Network. Charges appear as DUDE.COM - BRO.COM on your statement and receipt. More about billing.
Refunds
If something went wrong, write to us within 14 days and we make it right. Refunded credits and films are removed from the account.
